Friday 30 May - 11.00-11.30 Golf participants arrive at Cottingham Golf Club (Dress code – t-shirt/polo shirt with collar, no jeans or trainers) - 12.00 EMT Golf Tournament Tee-Off - 17.00-19.00 EMT delegates arrive and meet their hosts in the lounge at the Holiday Inn, Hull Marina - from 19.00 Welcome dinners in hosts’ homes - from 21.00 Welcome party at The Minerva pub, Hull Marina Saturday 31 May - 9.30 Presidents’ Meeting, Holiday Inn, Hull Marina or 9.45 Walking tour of Hull’s Old Town, with English Heritage accredited guide supported by Hull Tourism, starting at Holiday Inn, Hull Marina - 10.45 Tour and Presidents’ Meeting end at Holiday Inn, Hull Marina - 11.00 Shooting participants depart from Holiday Inn, Hull Marina to Humberside Shooting Ground, Brandesburton - 11.30-11.45 Arrive at Humberside Shooting Ground, Brandesburton. (This is an outdoor activity – dress appropriately) - 12.00 Archery, clay-pigeon shooting and rifle shooting activities - 13.00 Break for a picnic lunch then continue activities - 16.00 Leave Humberside Shooting Ground, Brandesburton and return to hosts to prepare for dinner - 19.00 Guests arrive at the magnificent Kingston Communications Stadium for the gala dinner. (Dress code - black tie). - 12.30 Bar closes - 1.00 Disco finishes Sunday 1 June - 10.30 Traditional Full English Breakfast at The New Clarence pub, Charles Street, Hull - from 11.30 Farewells and departures - during afternoon Visit to The Deep, supported by Hull Tourism
